Managerial Skills

Motivation and Dedication

My primary source of motivation stems from the sense of accomplishment and fulfillment that comes with successfully completing a project. I find that maintaining a clear focus on the end result of a project helps me to deliver my best performance and strive for excellence in every task assigned to me.

Additionally, I am highly motivated when new tasks and responsibilities were given to me, as they provide an opportunity to demonstrate my value as a valuable asset to the company. I also prioritise setting new goals and targets to ensure that I remain on track and consistently deliver high-quality work.

Planning and Organisation

Planning is the first and most important function at every level of project management. Organisational skills play an important role in determining the quality of my leadership. Reflecting on my achievements in previous work experiences, projects and events, I would describe myself as a highly organised individual.

To ensure that I am able to prioritise my projects and tasks efficiently, I work with best practices and frameworks that have been proven to be effective. This allows me to manage my time productively and set realistic goals to ensure that projects remain on track.

Attention to Details

Through my experiences, I have also developed a keen eye for detail, allowing me to easily identify potential issues and implement effective solutions proactively, prior to them causing significant impact. My consistent level of attention to detail has allowed me to consistently deliver high-quality work, meet tight deadlines, and ensure that projects are completed to the utmost satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
