As part of the event management team at THE WHOO, we orchestrated a remarkable gathering to unveil the latest addition to our lineup—the 4th generation Bichup Ultimate Recovery Youth Serum. Rooted in South Korean luxury skincare traditions, our brand essence intertwines heritage with modernity, embodying elegance and effectiveness in every product.

Collaborating closely with the Harbour City team, we brought to life an unforgettable experience at the NAD+ Day and Night Beauty Pavilion, where guests could witness firsthand the transformative power of NAD+ replenishment. Among our distinguished attendees were the talented Taiwanese singer Yoga Lin, alongside notable influencers like JLouOfficial and Sofiee_Ng, who added a touch of distinction to our special product launch event.

This occasion not only showcased our commitment to innovation but also celebrated the harmonious blend of tradition and technology that defines THE WHOO, empowering individuals to embrace their inner radiance and beauty.

Private Wine Pairing
Dinner at LePan

On a truly unforgettable evening, The Loyal Vantage team and I hosted a private dinner at the exquisite Le Pan French Cuisine, showcasing the distinguished 'Rong Chun Baijiu'. Collaborating closely with Le Pan's esteemed head chef, Edward Voon, celebrated for his innovative and charismatic approach to contemporary French cuisine, we embarked on a unique culinary journey.

Together, we curated a bespoke menu that beautifully complemented the traditional Chinese Sichuan liquor, resulting in an enticing blend of Chinese and Western flavors. The ambiance exuded elegance and cultural fusion, promising a remarkable dining experience.

Among the esteemed attendees were Hong Kong's renowned male singer and actor, Kelvin Kwan, and the esteemed Gucci Group Asia Pacific President, Mi Mi Tang. It was an affair marked by sophistication, fine dining, and the seamless fusion of culinary traditions, creating lasting memories for all present.

Wine. Art. Odyssey

We partnered with The King Prestige Club to host a captivating and intimate gathering titled 'Wine. Art. Odyssey' at Gallery HZ, creating a memorable event. This special occasion brought together the local modern art Gallery HZ and Rong Chun liquor, Loyal Vantage, to curate an unforgettable experience.

With the enchanting theme 'The Happy Hours,' our event provided a platform for our beloved members to immerse themselves in the latest masterpieces by the talented local artist, Oni Yamada. Guests also enjoyed the intricate flavors of Chinese-style cocktails made from the exquisite Chinese Liquor Rong Chun. Surrounded by an ambiance filled with creativity and elegance, our members savored fine wine, exquisite art, and the company of one another, forging lasting memories of a joyous and special evening.

Mid-Autumn
Company Dinner

Working closely with my team, I led the organization of a vibrant Mid-Autumn company dinner event that left a lasting impact on our staff. This festive occasion was filled with engaging activities such as lotteries, table prizes, and interactive games, fostering an atmosphere of great team spirit and joy.

Taking on a pivotal role in planning the event, I managed every detail to guarantee a memorable experience for all attendees. Collaborating with our MC and administration to ensure a seamless program flow and engaging interactions throughout the evening, I coordinated with the venue, catering services, as well as food and beverage arrangements.

Moreover, I led the design and branding efforts for the event, infusing it with our company's identity and values to create a cohesive and impactful atmosphere. The success of the event not only brought our team closer together but also boosted company morale, serving as a celebration of our collective achievements and fostering a sense of unity and pride among our staff.

One@Tokyo
Opening Ceremony

In collaboration with Agora Hospitality team in Tokyo, I directed the planning and execution of the grand opening of One@Tokyo Hotel. This endeavor required a comprehensive approach where I orchestrated every detail, from curating the logistics to crafting the guest list and designing a seamless event flow. Engaging with guests was a pivotal aspect of my responsibilities, ensuring that every attendee experienced a personalised touch that resonated with the essence of the event.

Moreover, I took charge of the ribbon-cutting ceremony, infusing it with a sense of grandeur and significance that set the tone for the entire occasion. The arrangement of drinks and refreshments was an art form in itself, as I curated a delightful selection that catered to the diverse preferences of our guests, enhancing their overall experience.

Through my role in this project, I not only demonstrated my proficiency in event management but also showcased my ability to blend creativity with precision, resulting in a memorable and successful opening that left a lasting impression on all who attended.

Light for Life

"Light for Life" is a captivating interactive exhibition and community event highlighting the creative endeavors of local artists and students from Cornwall and its neighboring regions. This collaborative initiative with Cancer Research UK (CRUK) centers around the theme of light and photography. The exhibition comprises distinct scenario rooms where attendees can immerse themselves in diverse art forms, encompassing workshops, sand animation, film showcases, and innovative light installations like laser and neon displays.

The primary objective of "Light for Life" is to leverage light as a symbol of hope and joy, particularly for individuals navigating challenging circumstances. Through this event, the aim is to instill a sense of appreciation for life and bolster support for CRUK's philanthropic endeavors and aspirations.

Dinner in the Dark

"Dinner in the Dark" is a collaborative event with "iSight Cornwall," a local sight loss charity based in Cornwall, UK. The success of the event concept is evidenced by the "Dialogue in the Dark" campaign in Singapore, which produces similar events throughout Asia. "Dinner in the Dark" combines the idea of enjoying a meal while in complete darkness with a sound escape theme to create a unique experience for attendees.

The event included various activities such as catering, a speech from a representative of "iSight Cornwall," and live music featuring a local musician to provide entertainment. The overall objectives of the event were successfully achieved.

Cirque De Terror

Cirque De Terror is an immersive horror maze event that combines a unique concept with a captivating circus theme. The event features individual scenario rooms, special effects (SFX), and a photo opportunity for visitor groups. It involves an event team, tech staff, crew members, live actors, and audience members, all working together to create a thrilling and unforgettable experience. The success of the 2017 horror trend, exemplified by the popularity of the movie "IT," further amplifies the relevance of Cirque De Terror, as it capitalizes on the heightened interest in the horror genre during that period. Forbes even described 2017 as the biggest year for horror in decades.
